Malta Gaming Authority stands by contentious Bill 55
Amidst a wave of criticism asserting that the amendment contradicts European law, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has come forward to say the bill doesn’t go against European law.
This bill, known as Article 56A within Malta’s Gaming Act, is affirmed by the MGA to be in harmony with European legislation.
